I Make Fitness Fun
In 1999, I seriously began to train. I began getting results and my results turned into a desire to get more results. I began to love the idea that the human body can adapt., but I did not want to adapt I wanted to be ever changing which turn into gains and I loved it. As I began to work hard I seen others on their own journey to fitness and I got the desire to help others. I got a great reward out of helping others. I am here to motivate and inspire. I have been a certified personal trainer since 2012. My current certification National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also have NASM (WLS) weight loss specialist certification.. My goal is to help others reach their goal. I have the knowledge to help you earn the body you desire. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise,every set, every rep, every workout. I do not have cookie cutter programs. Each program is tailored to that individual. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results.

Whether you want a total body workout, body part split(bodybuilder)split push/pull, push/pull/legs, 4 days 1 off, primary mover/opposing You can choose from a wide array of existing training options, or you can design your own.

Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Your body will thank you for it! Cardio is not only treadmills and bikes. There are things we can utilize battle ropes, slam balls, medicine balls, jump rope, calisthenics. We leave it all to our imagination.
